1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written
notice to Galific Solutions at least 30 days prior to the next
billing cycle or project milestone.

Cancellation requests must be sent via email to
info@galific.com with the subject line "Service Cancellation
Request."

Upon receiving the cancellation request, our team will
acknowledge it within 2 business days and outline the next
steps.
1.2 Cancellation by Galific Solutions
Galific Solutions reserves the right to cancel or suspend services
in cases of non-payment, breach of Terms of Service, or any
activity that violates applicable laws. In such cases, the client
will be notified in writing with a reasonable notice period.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only for services that have not yet been
delivered or commenced.

If a project has already been initiated and work has been
performed, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis,
deducting the cost of work already completed.

One-time setup fees, consultation fees, and any third-party
costs incurred are non-refundable.
2.2 Refund Process

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to
info@galific.com within 15 days of the cancellation
confirmation.

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 15-30
business days from the date of approval.

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment
method used at the time of purchase.
3. Subscription-Based Services
-
For subscription-based services, cancellation must be requested
before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid charges for
the upcoming period.

No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods once the
billing cycle has begun.

Clients will continue to have access to the service until the
end of the current billing period after cancellation.
4. Custom Project Services
-
For custom AI/ML development projects, cancellation after the
discovery or planning phase may result in partial charges based
on the work completed.

Deliverables completed up to the point of cancellation will be
handed over to the client, subject to full payment for the work
done.

Any intellectual property developed during the engagement will
be governed by the terms outlined in the Service Agreement.
5. Force Majeure
Galific Solutions shall not be held liable for delays or failure to
perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable
control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of
government, pandemics, or internet service disruptions. In such
cases, cancellation and refund terms will be evaluated on a
case-by-case basis.
6. Disputes
In the event of a dispute regarding cancellation or refund, both
parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith
negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will
be subject to the jurisdiction outlined in our Terms of Service.
